The Covid-19 pandemic has taken a toll on our Project 14 ministries in Nicaragua and Bolivia. We are rejoicing to send pictures (scroll down) of the food distribution in Nicaragua. Recently, we made a plea for financial help to meet special Project 14 ministry needs in both Bolivia and Nicaragua.
Our Bolivian Children's Homes have not been released by the government to shop for the goods as yet. They hope to be able to buy blankets and warm clothing on September 1, 2020. We raised $4,575 for that need. Your response and generosity made that possible as the Lord moved in your heart. He is so very faithful!
Our Food for Nicaragua fundraiser raised enough to feed the 365 target families in our 14 national churches. Each family received food for four days. You gave $4,365 to meet this request. These are real and growing needs. Malnutrition and hunger are a part of the every day life of many in Nicaragua. As we meet these physical needs, we share Jesus to meet their spiritual needs. We had 23 people accept Christ as their Savior a few weeks ago. We believe meeting their hunger need helped open their eyes to their spiritual hunger as well. Thank you for having a major role in reaching these and others for Christ!
